Hi, I’m Andres

I offer Holistic Yoga and Fitness to Build Relentless Physical and Mental Resilience

We all face our own set of challenges and difficulties that hold us back from our deepest desires, goals and happiness.

And a great place to start is to MOVE your body in a way that nourishes YOU. My approach is exploratory, holistic and experience based, where you get to fine tune sensations, alignment and inner peace.

Talixte [Tah-leesh-téh] is a slang word from my home country Guatemala. It means resilient, determined, stubborn, enduring and capable. My goal is to build a resilient culture, in our entire being so that it can be passed on through generations. And it starts with developing ourSelves: in the Body, Mind, Energy, Wisdom and Spirit.

I am a man that loves to move, to play and to adventure where my spirit calls. I am a father of two and husband to my beautiful wife.

Classes are in private studio. 60 -90 min classes.
Prices range from $75 - $160 depending on the group size
The practices can have different focus depending on your needs.

Follow your training session with a 45-minute sauna session to optimize results
45-minute post training sauna for $80 for 1-4 people, and $100 for 5-8 people.

Personal Training - Strength + Endurance

Build resilience and some muscle with a Certified Personal Trainer. From weightlifting to Calisthenics and mobility development that supports your lifestyle and longevity.

Sessions are 60 minute long in a private studio setting. Free 30 min assesment

1:1 and small groups up to 6 students
Prices range from $75 for 1:1 and $140 for 6 students (pre-registered groups only)

Packages availabe starting at 8 classes for $560.
Follow your training session with a 45-minute sauna session to optimize results

The Monkey dOMe

Our private space to practice: a beautiful dome at our beautiful home.

520 sq ft of multi-purpose space equipped with yoga mats, dumbells, kettlebells, sewdish ladder, rings, silks and tons of fun things to inspire movement as well as stillness. A remarkable space to lead a workshops with a capacity of up to 12 participants with yoga mats and up to 20 in a meditation-style setting.

The space counts with a mudroom entrance and full bathroom and shower.

Minimum 2 hours at $50 and up to 6 hours $100.
